Scott Irwin is a veteran racquets and hospitality executive with more than forty years of leadership across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. His career spans tennis director roles, collegiate and professional coaching, racquets consulting, tennis academy ownership, and club/pro shop management.
Nate Griffin brings more than 20 years of leadership in racquets programming, club operations, and membership engagement to Racquet Resources. Known for building positive club cultures, elevating facility standards, and driving strategic growth, Nate has guided some of Florida’s premier racquets facilities and contributed millions in sales and operational improvements across the industry.
